  3. World Flags is an interactive educational program, designed to
  4. help in learning to identify many of the worlds flags. It is quite
  5. simple in form, yet produces excellent results in helping a student
  6. or interested adult to learn these flags.

  9. System requirements are as follows:

  11. Microsoft Windows 3.0, 3.1 or higher, a Mouse, and VBRUN300.DLL
  12.  
  13. If you do not have VBRUN300.DLL in your Windows directory, you 
  14. can download it from within the Microsoft forum on most bulletin 
  15. board services. I did not include it for the benefit of those
  16. who already have it, so as to decrease download time.
